  1.  UMB_DRVR.SYS is a DOS 5.0 device driver that
  2. will use the 'shadow ram' capability of the
  3. memory controller portion of many chip sets
  4. to: A) force all roms not specifically
  5. excluded to be shadowed, and B) expand DOS
  6. base memory beyond 640KB if possible, and C)
  7. provide UMBs ( Upper Memory Blocks ) to DOS
  8. for loading programs and device drivers into
  9. upper memory while *NOT* using any memory
  10.  below 640K and remaining in *REAL* mode.
